Paula is a native of Stephens County and spent her summers and weekends on Lake Hartwell with her family. Paula attended the University of Georgia and started a career in sales service with Uarco Business Forms where she assisted sales reps from all over the United States. Paula is married to Bryan Jordan and they have a daughter Erin who attends Stephens County Middle School. Paula and her family moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in 1997 where she started her real estate career. She worked as an agent for Fonville Morisey one of the Nations top 100 Real Estate companies and as an assistant for one of the companies top producers where she gained valuable knowledge. Paula and her family moved back to Toccoa in 1999 and she has been working in the real estate market locally ever since.

Paula is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Habersham, White, & Stephens Board of Realtors. She is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina and is part of three different MLS's. Paula is an active member of HWS Board of Realtors where she has served on various committees such as grievance and continuing education. She has also been an active part of the Boards annual fund raiser for Habitat for Humanity.
